| SUMMARY |
The candidate is responsible for the end-to-end execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), Rights Issues, Preferential Allotments, Offer for Sale (OFS). The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, legal advisors, regulators, stock exchanges, auditors, and other intermediaries to ensure successful transaction execution within regulatory timelines. |
| Job Responsibilities |
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Execute equity capital market transactions from mandate to successful listing and completion.
- Develop and manage detailed transaction timelines, milestones, and execution checklists.
- Coordinate due diligence activities with issuers, legal counsel, auditors, merchant bankers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor transaction progress and proactively resolve execution issues.
- Ensure seamless coordination across internal and external teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinate preparation, review, and filing of offer documents and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations, stock exchange requirements, and listing obligations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, depositories, registrars, and other market intermediaries.
- Support preparation and review of draft offer documents, due diligence reports and other ancillary documents.
- Prepare execution schedules and monitor critical deadlines.
- Maintain transaction trackers and management information reports.

| Ideal Candidate Profile: |

Education:
|
- CA, CS, LLB or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
|
|
Experience:
|
- 1-3 years of relevant ECM execution experience
|
