| Job Responsibilities |
The role will include but not limited to the following: –
- Originate IPO, QIP, OFS and other Equity Capital Market mandates from corporates and promoters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, AIFs, PMS, Family Offices, HNIs and other institutional investors.
- Drive institutional participation and placement in IPO/QIP/OFS transactions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective ECM mandates.
- Work closely with the ECM team from mandate acquisition to successful transaction closure.
- Provide market and investor feedback on valuation, demand and transaction positioning.
- Leverage corporate and banking relationships to generate new ECM opportunities.

| Qualifications |
Education:
- CA/CS/LLB/MBA from reputed institutes will be preferred
Experience:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in ECM, Investment Banking, Institutional Equity Sales or Equity Distribution.
- Proven track record of successfully handling/placing at least 10 IPO/QIP/OFS transactions.
- Experience across transactions with aggregate value of ₹5,000 crore or more; exposure to IPOs of ₹300 crore+ will be preferred.
- Strong and active network among institutional investors and corporate/promoter groups.
- Demonstrated ability to originate business as well as mobilise institutional participation.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of achieving business/revenue targets.
